Acceptable Use Restrictions

• Violating applicable law or regulation.
• Submitting classified, restricted, privileged, confidential, unlawfully obtained, or regulated information through public channels.
• Submitting malware, spyware, ransomware, exploits, malicious code, or harmful files.
• Interfering with website operation, availability, performance, or security.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
• Scraping, harvesting, extracting, or exfiltrating website content or data without permission.
• Impersonating any person, company, government body, or institution.
• Submitting false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Requesting unlawful surveillance, hacking, coercion, bribery, intimidation, sanctions evasion, export-control evasion, procurement manipulation, or improper influence.
• Using PRAEON Advisory Inc. channels to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, market abuse, unlawful intelligence activity, or other illegal conduct.
• Circumventing security controls, confidentiality controls, sanctions controls, or lawful intake restrictions.

Enforcement

PRAEON Advisory Inc. may block, delete, report, restrict, or decline any request, message, submission, or activity that violates this Policy.
